<Part 11>

(Mikey's POV)
I woke up to loud noises.
I jumped out of bed and made my way to where the noises were coming from.
Gerard's room.
I stook in the doorway to his room and just watched him grabbing things and stuffing them into a duffel bag.
"What the fuck are you doing, Gerard?" I asked him, with my arms crossed.
"I saw Bri, and Rach. They're alive. They're somewhere in town. Help me?" He asked me desperately.
My eyes shot open.
"You saw Brina and Rachel?" I asked in disbelief.
"Yes. Outside of a club. Are you going to help me, or not?" He asked while throwing the duffel bag over his shoulder.
I was shocked.
First off, because that Gerard saw Brina ad Rachel.
And secondly, Gerard looked so alive.
The past 2 months, all that he's done was lay around, all mopey.
I took a deep breath.
He was my brother; I HAD to help him.
I just looked at him and smiled, "Anything to help you and the 'love of your life'."
He just smiled widely as he told me what he was going to do.

"They in there?" Gerard asked me as I was aiming a flashlight inside an old, shut-down factory, looking for any signs of people.
"No, I don't see anyone in he.." I said while walking back outside to get back to Gerard.
But as soon as I saw Gerard, I stopped.
He had his finger up against his lips, telling me to be quiet.
I did and slowly backed away.
People were coming this way.
Gerard hid with me, in the shadows of an alley that we were in.
It was 3 people.
I could hear two of them laughing, girls.
As they got closer to us, the one told the other two to be quiet because he sensed that someone was near.
Gerard and I just looked at each other, and got ready to attack if they were to find us.
"Come out, come out wherever you are.." The guy said.
Gerard had his fists clenched for if they DID decide to hurt us.
Out of nowhere, one came up behind us.
They pushed us so that we were out in the open.
"Ah, there you are." the guy smiled.
As he did, I saw a light glare, and saw some sort of fangs.
"There's no need to worry. If you stay still, this will only hurt for a moment.." He said.
"Only for a moment.." A girl repeated, while sneaking up behind me and started nuzzling at my neck.
"What the fuck is going on here? This is OUR spot. And who the hell are you?" Some girl said frustrated from behind.
Her voice sounded so familiar.
"What the hall. WHo are you?" The guy asked the angry girl.
"I'm sure you KNOW who I am. Let me just come into the light.." She said.
And no sooner did I see Rachel with Frank and Brina standing behind her.
"You're... You're..." The guy studdered.
"Boo." Rachel said.
The guy jumped back.
"Rachel?" Gerard and I asked at the same time.
"Chemical brothers?" she asked us.
She usually called us that when we were together.
"Bri- Brina?" Gerard asked, not believing his eyes.
She just looked at him; she looked like someone just killed someone.
Frank and Rachel then grabbed the three people and pinned them to the closest wall.
"Now, care to tell me who the hell you are?" Rachel asked, as Brina made her way to Gerard, slowly.
She looked like she was afraid of something.
Back to the commotion though.
"We.. We.." The guy tried talking.
"We're a part of the Dandies." The one girl said.
"You got a problem?" The other girl said, sounding very confident of herself.
"Yeah, as a matter of fact. I do. You're little gang tried attacking us a few days ago. Almost killed my friend," Rachel said, nodding toward Brina.
"The wicked one. She must be killed." The confident girl said.
"Oh really? Why?" Frank asked tightening his grip on the other girl.
"Don't you know?" The guy asked.
"She has the blood of the wicked one in her. She'll turn against us all." The shy girl said.
"Oh really? She's my best friend. Like she's gonna turn against me?" Rachel said confidently.
"It's in her blood. The chemical imbalance in her blood will change her. It did the same with Red." The confident girl said.
"Well you know what?" Frank asked.
"What?" the guy asked.
"Send this message to your group leader for me?" Frank said, and stabbed one of the girls in the chest.
Rachel smiled as the girl turned to dust and the dust fell to the floor.
Rachel and Frank let go of their hold on the guy and the shy girl.
They then ran at the speed of light to get away from them.
"Okay, so. Where were we?" Rachel said, turning around to face me, Gerard and Brina.
Brina still hadn't talked to Gerard.
She was in shock.
Rachel then looked at Brina.
"Are you okay?" She asked Bri.
Brina shook her head, and clenched her stomach with her hands.
Gerard then quickly went to her side to assist her.
"What's wrong?" He asked her, completely into her and her only.
She shook her head, "I don't know. My stomach.. it.. hur-- ahh"
She then was getting really pale, and just as she fell to the floor, Gerard caught her.
Unfortunately, she was too heavy for him, so Frank had to carry her.
Since Frank was a creature of the night, he had supernatural strength.
We all were worried about Brina.
All of my questions for Rachel, Brina and Frank disappeared from my mind since Brina had collapsed.
We all just followed Frank until we reached a building that looked like they had stayed in.
What the hell was happening?


(Frank's POV)
Oh god.
This can NOT be happening.
"Where the hell have you be-" Mikey was trying to ask once we were inside our building.
I raised my hand, and cut him off, mid-sentence, "No questions now. We gotta help Brina. I have NO idea what's going on, but you can ask us questions later. But for now, let's just attend to Brina, okay?" I asked.
They all nodded.
"What do you think is going on?" I asked Rachel.
She just shrugged, "Did she say anything to you, Gee?"
Gerard then frowned, "No. She looked like a ghost, all pale, when she saw me."
Frank then pat him on the back, "It's alright. She'll be fine."
I hope.

(Brina's POV)
Where the fuck am I?
The last thing I remember was that Gerard was standing right in front of me, and I was just in shock that he had found me.
Now, I was in the darkness.
I heard someone coming closer.
I got startled, "Who's there?"
I was beginning to get all panicky.
"Oh, just a friend." She said, with a smile.
Oh great.
Motherfucker.
"What the fuck do you want. I thought that you were dead." I said a bit too coldly.
"Well, don't you see- my blood, it flows through your veins. I'm not dead. My blood is pumping and flowing through someone else's body. I'm gonna take you on the ride of your life, sweetheart." She said and confronted me.
Oh shit.
That's all I remember, then I blacked out.

(Rachel's POV)
So, my best friend just collapsed for no reason, her lover is here along with his brother, and well no one seemed to notice this, but I was starting to freak out.
We all tried various ways of trying to get Bri to become conscious again.
Nothing was working.
Just as we were about to give up, her body shot upward and she looked a bit differently.
Her skin, instead of being the normal tanned kind, it was now pale.
Her eyes were surrounded by a cloud of perfectly applied black eyeliner and eyeshadow.
Her lips, well they were also black.
Something happened, and I didn't know what.
Bri never wore entirely 'black' make-up.
Never.
She said that it didn't suit her, and she never seemed to like it on herself.
"What the fuck?" I said, outloud; maybe something that should have stayed IN my mind.
Damn.
Brina then turned and faced me, "Hey. What the hell's going on here?"
She seemed to have attitude, which was RARE for Brina.
Gerard just looked at her, and Mikey spoke FOR him.
"Do you have a huge stick up your ass? You could ask nicer." He said, which made her pissed.
Who was she now?
Was what that girl said happening?
Red was coming back, but in Bri's body.
Oh shit.
If so, then we'd all have a big problem.
"Actually, yes I do. A really huge stick is up my ass. You have a problem with it, Michael?" She asked him all snobby.
Oh shit, that isn't Brina.
She never called him Michael.
Gerard opened his mouth to talk, but he couldn't.
I guess he was in just as much shock as I was.
Frank just looked at me with a concerned look.
"I'm gonna go. I'm hungry. Not like you all care, but yeah." Brina said, and stood up and made her way out the door.
"While you're out, don't forget to pick up 'Brina'." Mikey said, getting payback.
She just looked back and gave him a dirty look.
My body shook as she slammed the door behind her.
"Who the fuck was that? Because that is NOT the girl that I fell in love with." Gerard said, looking like a car had just run over him.
I just stood there, trying to think, but Frank already knew what was wrong.
"That girl- from the Dandies said something about her turning on us. But how?" He asked.
I got it.
"Shit." I said; yet another thing that should have just stayed in my mind.
"What?" Mikey asked curiously.
"Red. When Brina was almost dead, we fed her Red's blood. Red isn't dead. Her body was, but her blood flows through Brina. I think.." I said, but Gerard cut me off.
"She's not Brina anymore. She's a totally different person. But what the hell happened to you guys?" Gerard asked, getting off the subject of Brina.
Frank looked at me, the look in his eyes was asking me if he should tell them, or if I should.
"Go ahead." I told him.
"Okay, well, that night after our band practice, well this girl, named Red- she bit me, and I turned into a vampire. Then the next day, or so, Rachel came to my house, and urm, I accidentally bit her, and now she's one. Red was jealous of Rachel, and wanted me but she couldn't have me. So she figured that she'd hurt Rachel and kill Brina. But we kind of caught her in the process of trying to kill Bri. Then Bri needed blood because she was almost dead, so we gave her Red's blood. And now we have this problem.." Frank said, which left the Gee and Mikey speechless.
"Oh shit. She's gonna try to hurt us. Frank.. I'm scared." I admitted.
Frank then stood up and came over to me and embraced me with his strong, warm arms.
I felt safe in his arms.
"So, what the hell are we supposed to do?" Gerard asked, finally retreiving the words that had disappeared from his mouth earlier.
I looked at Frank.
"Well, we could go see The Dandies and ask them about what is really happening and shit." He said.
"Umn, aren't they dangerous peopl- err, creatures?" Mikey asked, a bit frightened about the little encounter he had with those 3 Dandies.
I shook my head, "They won't hurt you if you're with us. Promise. If not, we'll kick their asses."
"Yeah, but I'm not so sure. I have a feeling that something's gonna go wrong." Mikey said.
"Nah, don't worry about it. We'll go see them before Bri comes back." Frank said.
Gerard just shook his head.
"Okay, I'm game." he said, strongly.
"I guess I am too." Mikey said.
Frank and I just traded looks, and we all made our way to the Dandies hideout.
It was in a big alley, with vampires in cars and all sorts of stuff- crazy shit like that.
In the middle of the alley were a large group.
The Dandies were passionate about two things.
Blood and music.
Yeah, vampires that are in love with music.
They usually sang, and danced.
If they weren't all vampires, they should be a band- they'd make it big.
When we were making our way towards them, they were practicing some kind of dance with girls, with one of the leaders of the gang in the front.
Urie.
He was like the right hand of Beckett, the leader of the Dandies.
Once they noticed that we were standing among their crowd, they stopped dancing, and Urie confronted us.
"What are you guys doing in our spot? We got your message loud and clear. What do you want?" He asked.
"Don't worry. We're just here to discuss something with you and Beckett." Frank said.
"What could we know that you want to know more about?" He asked, snapping his finger, informing someone to tell Beckett that we were here.
"Oh, I'm sure you know what's happening, or well, going to happen." I said.
"She's already changed, my friends." Beckett said, behind us, merely sitting on top of an old car.
He usually came out of nowhere like that.
It was his signature thing.
"What?" Mikey asked.
"You are not one of them." Beckett said.
"Yeah, they're friend's of ours. It's alright. But how are we to handle this situation?" Frank asked.
Beckett shrugged his shoulders a bit, "I don't know. Kill her? Wait for it to pass? I have no fucking idea. I'm not the one that got her to drink an evil vampire's blood."
I then opened my mouth, but the words just weren't there.
"Beckett. Please, help us. I'm not one of you, but I love this girl, ALOT. I'd risk my life for her.." Gerard said.
Uh oh, wrong thing to say in front of a vampire such as Beckett or Urie.
"So you'd do anything to save her?" Urie asked, smirking lightly.
I then knew what they were trying to do.
"No way in HELL are any of you going to feed off of my friend. Just tell us what we need to know.." I begged.
Beckett caved in, "Fine. Urie- get them, and you know where this will go down."
Thank god.
I clasped my hands together, "Thank you."
He just nodded and Urie led us into a building that was connected to this particular alley.
We all followed willingly, in hopes that this would help us come up with a plan to get Brina back or something.
Once we were all inside, Urie had us sit around a table which had loads of candles lit on it.
I just gave Frank a weird look which in return, he just shrugged his shoulders.
Hmmn.
When we were all seated and situated, out came Beckett out of nowhere, again.
How he could do that?
There were many stories about this guy.
He's been around for quite a while now.
"First, before anything happens, there needs to be an agreement." Beckett started.
"What's that?" I asked.
He just looked at me, "Well of course you know the deal. For me to give you something, I need to get something."
I looked at Frank, and knew exactly what he meant.
"What are you talking about?" Frank asked, trying to play stupid.
But little did he know that this game wouldn't work with Beckett.
Beckett furrowed his eyebrows, "Boy, have you got alot to learn. An exchange. One of you, for one of us? You know, that kind of deal?"
"Oh no, hell no. I am NOT giving you my friends. You can have anything else, just not them." I said boldly.
He then folded his arms, "Fine, then no information."
Gerard then piped up, "You know what, fine. Take me. If it'll help Bri-"
Urie cut him off, "Ah, the lover.."
Beckett then looked at Urie, "What?"
"Yeah, this guy," Urie said, and pointed to Gerard, "is the guy that's in love with Brina."
Beckett then ran his fingers across his lips, "Ah, a romantic tragedy. I love those. I'll make you all a deal. I'll turn this lovely fellow of hers into a vampire, and not kill him, then you get your information."
"What? NO!" I said, tears now welling up in my eyes.
What had happened within the past few months.
Everything was becoming ruined, all in front of my eyes.
"Rach, it's alright. That's just a risk I'm willing to take. Don't worry. I want this. I want her. And this will be fine," Gerard told me then turned to Beckett, "But only under one condition.."
"And what would that be?" Beckett asked.
Gerard just smiled.
